VESCONITE™ is a self-lubricating plastic that is now widely used in both the agricultural and mining sectors.

Calcium deposits from “hard water” can quickly clog and render most other valves inoperable.

Cocky Valve designs, using the Vesconite Push rod can help reduce and delay this build-up.

If however, the calcium deposits continue to cause issues, standing our SS316 valves in a CLR (Calcium, Lime & Rust) removing agent for just a few hours, will dissolve the build-up and allow the valve to operate normally once more.
